When I started this business at just five years old, I didn't see "customers"—I saw people who needed quick access to address he effects of the dry Canadian weather on their lips just like I did. Now, at 13, that hasn't changed. By using this website, you are supporting not only a kidpreneur but also a dream nearly a decade in the making.
The Agreement
By browsing or purchasing from elips by ese, you agree to play fair. This means:

Originality: All designs, photos, and content on this site are my intellectual property. Please don't use them without permission.

Accuracy: I do my best to display colors and textures accurately, but since many items are handcrafted, slight variations are what make your piece unique.

Eligibility: If you are under 18, I love the support! Just make sure you have a parent or guardian’s permission before making a purchase.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
My Hands to Yours
Every package sent out is a piece of my story. I handle your orders with the same care I’ve used since I was five.

Processing Time: Most orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Quality takes a little time, and I appreciate your patience as I balance my business with my studies.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking: As soon as your order leaves my desk, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

International Shipping: We currently ship to states within Canada US and UK. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your elips by ese piece as much as I loved making it. If something isn't right, let's fix it.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, Lip Glosses, Lip Balms and Lip exfoliating gels cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return: Send an email to (hello@elips.ca) with your order number.

Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
